After a little research I landed on the K800 keyboard. I decided to just give up on the Bluetooth keyboard from the MX 5500. Needless to say, this got super annoying after a while. Only power feature like that I use is to dim/turn off the monitors after a certain time. It’s like the keyboard would go to sleep and only wake up after the first keystroke. Considering that the Master 2s received our much-desired 5-star rating, that’s saying a lot.
But I never really use the sleep function especially at work since with my dual monitors, they windows are always moved around. That makes the Logitech MX Master 3 an even better mouse than its predecessor. I do this in my laptop when I Accidentally put it to sleep.
Waking from sleep still isn't great over bluetooth but works consistently with the unifying receiver for me (just wish the receiver range was as good as bluetooth).

It seems to be much improved after the latest Logitech options update (a month or so ago). Normally when a system goes to sleep like this, just pressing the power button once (normally flashes) on the system will wake it up from sleep and then everything works. MX Keys and MX Master 3, had same issues for a while. To provide a balanced opinion, I’ve owned several Logitech MX-series mice over the last decade or so, including the Performance Mouse MX, MX Master, MX Master 2S, MX Master 3, MX Anywhere 2, MX.

So I don't know why neither will wake the PC since allow this device to wake this computer is checked. I go to Device Manager and under mouse it says HID compliant mouse and I click on Power Management and Allow this device to wake the computer is checked. I'm using a Logitech MX Master bluetooth mouse and bluetooth keyboard and for some reason neither will wake my HP desktop PC running W10.
